My recipies are handed down from my grandmother, and ever since I was a 10-year old child growing up in Kingston Jamaica, I watched and learned as she was in the kitchen cooking and baking. Now, here in the United States, I continue my family tradition preparing these same recipies and have added some of my own. I hope you will enjoy my delicious banana bread, pineapple upside down cake, fruit cake (made in the Jamaican way), and my other pastries, breads, and cakes.
